Your Impact
As a Services Operations Analyst Intern at Lowe's, you'll work with the team that oversees installation, warranty, and service programs for millions of customers. You'll help analyze data, build reports, and support optimization projects that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Summer Internship Program

What You Will Learn
  • Assist in analyzing operational performance data for service programs.
  • Build reports and dashboards that track key metrics for installation and warranty services.
  • Support optimization projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and service delivery initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in operations, process improvement, or customer service.
  • Previous relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
