This remote role requires deep technical aptitude and a strong desire to become a Delphix subject matter expert. Delphix is a highly sophisticated data platform that intersects with core enterprise technologies including databases, DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data privacy frameworks. Success in this role will require utilizing hands-on expertise across these domains coupled with Delphix product knowledge and translating that knowledge into meaningful partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delphix Product Expertise: Rapidly build and maintain deep technical proficiency across the Delphix platform, including database virtualization, masking, data automation, and integration capabilities. Be a go-to resource for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner Training & Enablement: Deliver technical enablement training for partner engineers, architects, and sales engineers—covering core product capabilities, integration use cases, deployment best practices, and solution design principles.
  • Hands-on Implementation Support: Guide and support partner engineering resources through PoVs and early customer implementations, helping them build confidence and competence in deploying and configuring Delphix.
  • Demo Environment & Lab Support: Assist partners in standing up and maintaining demo environments for internal training and customer-facing demonstrations. Ensure environments reflect real-world use cases and highlight Delphix’s differentiated value.
  • Opportunity Support & Qualification: Collaborate with partner managers to identify and qualify opportunities, working directly with partner teams to ensure technical alignment and solution fit.
  • Upskilling & Technical Coaching: Continuously mentor partner engineers, helping them mature their understanding of Delphix features how Delphix fits into modern data delivery pipelines.
  • Training Content Development: Create and maintain high-impact training content—presentations, labs, tutorials, and solution guides—designed to scale technical enablement across the partner ecosystem.
  • Strategic Partner Collaboration: Co-develop go-to-market strategies with partners, identifying target use cases and aligning on how to bring Delphix solutions to market effectively and at scale.
  • Collaborating closely with Delphix and Perforce presales and sales teams to ensure alignment during co-led partner and customer engagements. This includes facilitating coordination across product-specific experts and regionally aligned resources to deliver a cohesive and localized experience that meets the technical and business needs of joint opportunities.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Mongo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of data privacy and masking frameworks or technologies
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot complex data platforms in partner or customer environments

  • Enablement & Training

  • Demonstrated experience delivering technical training to engineers, architects, or technical sellers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into accessible, actionable learning content

  • Partner & Customer Engagement

  • Experience supporting partner teams during pre-sales and implementation cycles
  • Ability to lead or contribute to Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
  • Capable of aligning technical features with customer goals and solution value

  • Content Development

  • Proven ability to develop technical enablement assets such as training decks, labs, solution guides, and architecture diagrams
  • Experience creating scalable, reusable content for enablement portals or learning management systems (LMS)

  • Strategic Collaboration

  • Experience working within or supporting partner ecosystems and go-to-market initiatives
  • Ability to coordinate across sales, presales, product, and enablement functions
  • Organizational & Leadership
  • Strong prioritization, project management, and time management skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical enablement, partner solutions engineering, or pre-sales role
  • Experience with Delphix or similar data management platforms is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • This is a high-impact role focused on scaling technical excellence across the Delphix partner community. By enabling partners to independently position, deploy, and support Delphix, this role will directly contribute to increased partner-led revenue, faster deal cycles, and stronger customer success outcomes.
