Your mission?
As a Global Account Director (GAD), you will be assigned to two or more Global Key Accounts and accountable for their global revenue growth, end-to-end satisfaction, and reference ability of the customers throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead and coordinate Pricefx's efforts across functions and partner network (Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Customer Support, D evelopment, and P artner M anagement), orchestrating around a single, clearly articulated 2-5 year account strategy and execute against three critical elements: 1) a customer-validated multi-year roadmap, 2) an associated account strategy with current annual plan, 3) as well as effectively supporting scope and value delivery including management of steering committees, strategic business reviews, and collaboration with Pricefx executive sponsor.
You will be in charge of...
- Is the Sales lead on the account(s) with primary focus on Cloud and License growth in partnership with Services Sales driving services growth throughout the customer lifecycle
- Develops long term C-level relationships and ensures that the Pricefx assigned executive sponsor is appropriately engaged
- Develops and actively maintains customer relationship map that identifies all relevant stakeholders in the customer buying center , lines of influence, and sentiment
- Orchestrates and leads the execution of the account strategy, incorporating Software, Services, Training, Support/Maintenance, and Partners capability (e.g., Enable)
- Coordinates all customer-facing functions, including executive sponsor engagement, strategic business reviews, steering committees, etc., all to achieve more profitable business plans, increase customer satisfaction, and further solidify the GAD's position as a trusted advisor
- Completes long-term business strategy planning and creates the customer-validated multi-year roadmap
- Drives new account opportunities, then facilitates moving from pipeline to delivery of the opportunities
- Proactively identifies customer problems and proposes Pricefx solutions (where applicable) in addition to those already identified
- Influences a virtual team of Pricefx resources from various functions and geographies.
- Creates barriers to entry for competitors
- Drives Pricefx user adoption and protecting premium support services
- Provides leadership around Value management and Value realization
- KPIs: Growth in overall revenues (net new and expansion/share-of-wallet), protecting and optimizing renewal, and increasing customer satisfaction or NPS over time
What should you have to succeed?
- Minimum 10 years of business experience in Sales or Account Management with complex business software / IT solutions
- 8+ years leading global account teams in a matrixed organization
- You should excel in the following competencies: communication, presentation, and organizational skills. relationship management (with people in different countries and cultures), strategic thinking , problem-solving , and teamwork.
- Experience developing and executing client management strategy
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and solve problems
- Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners
- Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environment (as applicable)
- Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology , and account structure
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of industry/domain expertise preferred

- Experience in the Pricing/CPQ Industry is a plus
- Track record of over-achieving your quota in past positions
- Track record of working on deals over $1 million
