The Principal Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, lead teams to deliver solutions, gather market insights, and ensure product integration for risk intelligence products.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our risk intelligence products. You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams and delivering innovative, market-leading solutions that address complex customer challenges. This leadership position demands a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
What You'll Do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for riskintelligence.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs and data sources to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption.
- Continuously monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of APIs and their role in modern product development and integration.
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions that leverage AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex product initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Deep passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $139,000 - $200,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
