Ready to be a Titan?

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our productivity tools suite, including (but not limited to) capabilities like communication (internal and external), notifications and alerts, to-do lists, personal AI assistant, and calendar visibility within our enterprise SaaS offering.

In this role, you will be responsible for building extensible capabilities that cater to both a diverse range of personas and a diverse range of vertical trades. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our tools not only meet but exceed the needs of our customers, driving their efficiency and enhancing their overall experience.
What you'll do:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the productivity tools, aligning them with the company’s overall goals

    and customer needs.

  • Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with customers, understanding their workflows and pain points, to develop tools that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across product squads to gather feedback and input into your roadmap and drive adoption and use of productivity capabilities

  • Innovation & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to create intelligent and automated solutions that solve real-world problems.

  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and strategic goals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Segment-Specific Solutions: Develop and scale solutions that serve a wide range of customer segments, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to different use cases.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Own the product roadmap for productivity tools, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and next steps.

  • Metrics & Analysis: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive products, and new technologies to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS and enterprise software. Experience in the trades or a related industry is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development processes, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Customer Focus: Proven track record of developing customer-centric products that drive tangible business results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about product development and business impact, with a focus on long-term success.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in productivity tools is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
