As a valued member of Stryker’s AI innovation unit, you will work alongside trailblazers, industry visionaries, innovators, and inventors who are committed to bringing computer vision, AI/ML and digital innovation to the operating room and other healthcare settings.

You’ll contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and develop core technologies that power a wide array of Stryker’s solutions, including: surgical robotics and navigation, image-guided surgery, treatment selection, outcome assessment, and clinical decision intelligence.

You will apply your core skills across a range of deployment platforms spanning from mobile applications, cloud services, and SDKs to embedded systems, edge devices, and mixed reality (XR) platforms.

You will have an opportunity to work across a wide variety of therapeutic areas ranging from orthopedics and neurosurgery to emergency care and operating room safety and efficiency – plus many more.

What You Will Do

  • As a valued member of Stryker’s AI innovation unit, you will be responsible for the development of complex AI enabled solutions.

  • You will contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and influence the development of technologies that power a wide array of Stryker’s solutions.

  • You will work on the ideation, creation and continuous enhancement of the product by identifying new features, use cases and incorporate operational feedback by working directly with users, stakeholders, and related SMEs.

  • In our agile development environment, you will act as Product Manager / Product Owner directly interacting with a cross-functional development team. 

  • You will plan, manage, and communicate the product vision, releases and features to stakeholders, leaders, and the development team and bring a strong product to the market making healthcare better.

What You Need (Required Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering/Computer Science, Biomed, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years of work experience.

  • You have been working in digital, AI, XR or complex Software projects.  

  • You are passionate about your product and proactively promote your product vision with energy and a perfect mixture of structure and creativity. 

  • You are an open-minded person with high level communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Requirements Management Software, for example Jama.

  • Experience with Backlog Management Software, for example Jira.

  • Experience with Collaboration Software, for example Confluence, Figma, Mural

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.

$129,600 - $281,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
