As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of robust, scalable solutions that safeguard business integrity and ensure fair practices across our platform. You will own strategies that detect and deter anomalous user behavior to safeguard the customer and business experience. This involves diving deep into the multitude of customer workflows to identify anomalies. What you'll doPartner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Data Science, CX, and Legal—to design and implement scalable system guardrails that protect product and platform integrity while preserving a seamless user experience
Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and pain points of our customers in the trades, ensuring the platform will enhance key operational workflows
Analyze behavioral signals, product telemetry, and feedback loops to detect emerging patterns of usage and incorporate them into your solutions
Collaborate with Go-To-Market and customer-facing teams to develop clear education & communication, enforcement, and escalation strategies
Drive prioritization and roadmap decisions that balance business growth, user trust, and system resiliency. Collaborate with other product leaders to integrate integrity solutions seamlessly into existing and new features across ServiceTitan.
Own key metrics related to platform integrity, usage quality, and policy compliance
Proactively monitor the ecosystem for new risks and propose product-level solutions to mitigate them
7+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Demonstrable experience addressing revenue leakage, policy enforcement, or financial integrity challenges.
Experience owning and shipping in a complex product ecosystem where you were involved in pricing or related go-to-market business decisions
Strong technical acumen to understand complex system architectures.
Experience collaborating with Data Science or AI/ML teams to build predictive models.
High sense of urgency and the ability to make smart decisions with incomplete data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bring clarity to complexity
Self-starter with the ability to independently set direction and drive momentum.
Strong product instincts and demonstrated ability to think creatively grounded in customer discovery and insights.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.Top Skills
