What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate deep technical discussions across various teams, focusing on product architecture, design/development tradeoffs, and integration of multiple technologies.

  • Provide clear, concise and comprehensive program health updates across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program and cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the team through uncertainty by identifying and solving key issues, making decisions with limited information, and ensuring key program outcomes are prioritized.

  • Demonstrate strong financial discipline through ownership and driving of program costs and budget. Ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control, risk mitigation, and budget management.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential delays, cost overruns, or technical roadblocks, ensuring that program objectives are met on time and within budget.

  • Champion process improvements within the program management function, driving best practices, operational efficiencies, and scalability to ensure successful program delivery and long-term product success.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management within the consumer facing technology industry, with at least 5 years leading large, complex engineering programs in a cross-functional environment.

  • Strong technical background with experience in facilitating technical discussions on hardware, power systems, electronics, and firmware.

  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, operations, supply chain, legal, and policy teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical details to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.
