ServiceTitan is seeking an ambitious, motivated Pricing Manager to join our Pricing team at one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the top VC firms in the SaaS space. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping ServiceTitan’s go-to-market strategy by developing pricing strategies, conducting deep customer research, and supporting the operational execution of innovative pricing and packaging solutions.

You will be a subject matter expert in Pricing and Packaging Strategy, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven recommendations and drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement innovative pricing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs, including subscription models, value-based pricing, and usage-based pricing frameworks.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and refine pricing and packaging proposals for existing and new product offerings.

  • Conduct in-depth customer and market research, including willingness-to-pay studies, customer segmentation analysis, and competitive benchmarking, to inform pricing strategies.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing decisions with customer needs and product value.

  • Develop and present pricing models and financial projections to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.

  • Support new product introductions from ideation to rollout, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and operational processes are in place.

  • Oversee operational rollouts of pricing changes, including managing price lists, discount structures, and pricing tools.

  • Regularly analyze pricing performance and customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pricing effectiveness and guide decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-8 years of Pricing Strategy and Analytics experience, preferably within top consulting firms, SaaS, or software companies with diverse product lines and customer segments.

  • Proven expertise in conducting customer research to inform pricing decisions, including experience with tools like Conjoint Analysis, Gabor-Granger, or Van Westendorp.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Experience working cross-functionally to create and execute packaging and pricing proposals.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a collaborative mindset to drive initiatives across business units.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau

  • Familiarity with business systems like Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, or other pricing tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly present recommendations to executive leadership.

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Management Science, Business, Applied Math, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
