This role will sit at the center of commercial decision-making and play a critical role in driving subscriber growth, revenue performance and competitive positioning.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with practical go-to-market execution experience. They understand how pricing and promotional strategy influence consumer behavior, channel performance, product mix, and long-term customer value.

This individual will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Experience to ensure pricing and promotional strategies are financially sound, operationally executable, and commercially effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage residential and small business pricing strategies across broadband products and service tiers.
  • Design acquisition and retention offers that balance subscriber growth, profitability, competitive positioning, and long-term customer value.
  • Evaluate pricing ladders, promotional structures, discounts, incentives, and bundle strategies to improve conversion and customer mix.
  • Support market-level pricing recommendations based on competitive dynamics, penetration goals, and financial objectives.
  • Help establish pricing and offer governance processes to improve organizational alignment and consistency.
  • Build financial models to evaluate pricing changes, promotional investments, and customer lifetime value impacts.
  • Analyze offer performance across acquisition, retention, and win-back initiatives.
  • Quantify impacts to ARPU, margin, payback periods, churn, and overall revenue performance.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to forecast offer outcomes and measure commercial performance.
  • Develop scenario modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate the operational deployment of pricing and promotional changes across systems, sales channels, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure pricing and offers are clearly communicated and effectively executed in-market.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Technology teams to ensure offer feasibility and implementation readiness.
  • Support testing strategies for new pricing concepts, retention tactics, and promotional structures.
  • Monitor and report on pricing and offer effectiveness across all channels, including e-commerce, door-to-door, inside sales, and retention.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure conversion performance, offer adoption, retention outcomes, and promotional ROI.
  • Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities through ongoing analysis.
  • Recommend adjustments to pricing structures, offers, and promotional calendars based on market response and business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, offer management, product marketing, financial analysis, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, subscription services, SaaS, or other recurring revenue businesses strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, finance, and operational teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What Success Looks Like

  • Pricing and promotional strategies consistently drive subscriber growth while improving long-term revenue quality.
  • Acquisition and retention offers are financially disciplined, operationally executable, and easy for customers and sales teams to understand.
  • The business develops stronger governance and visibility around pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Commercial teams gain faster insight into offer performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Ripple Fiber improves conversion performance, customer retention, and competitive differentiation through smarter pricing and offer management.
