Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pricing Revenue Growth Manager to lead Electrolux North America’s (“N.A.”) efforts in building, expanding, and/or managing of a sustainable “Net Revenue Management” capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, strategic thinker with comprehensive knowledge of and meaningful experience employing revenue growth management levers to achieve profitable revenue growth. This role is responsible for working cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities to generate profitable revenue, developing pricing / discounting strategies, optimizing trade terms, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention efforts. This leader will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, marketing and product lines to determine the optimal price points, discounts and promotions for products / solutions. The position reports directly to the Director of Price Revenue Management.
What you’ll do:
- Manage cross-functional, end-to-end revenue management process for N.A. Business Area
- Maintain proper governance/controls across all revenue management activities; ensure alignment to organizational objectives/strategies and achievement of revenue targets
- Lead development of Gross-to-Net optimization pipeline (source/create, develop, track, measure)
- Lead/manage pricing architecture, guidance, playbook(s) and talking points
- Lead optimization of pricing tactics across products and services to maximize profitability
- Create/manage BA’s process to understand and communicate intelligence for market factors, competitors, customer perceptions, and transactional margin(s)
- Create commercial tactics that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for profitable revenue growth
- Monitor, evaluate and report performance against initiates and targets; identify corrective actions
- Prepare and present results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience with data analysis, pricing, or financial analysis
- Minimum 3 years pricing strategy, revenue growth management, and/or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
- Proven project management ability
- Ability to adjust/react quickly to changing priorities and work in ambiguous situations
- Experience working with tools such as PVM, Price Waterfall, Elasticity (data-driven pricing decision)
- Excellent communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences
- Expert SQL and Microsoft Office Suites skills; SAP experience preferred
- Experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred
- Pricing strategy, Discounting, Promoting, Mix Management, Trade Optimization
- Market Segmentation, Price Positioning, Product Lifecycle Management
- Revenue and profitability forecasting and analysis
- Results driven mentality (bias for action)
