Job Description Summary
The Playbook and Process Coordinator will report to the Performance and Innovation Lead and will be crucial in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Account Team’s operational playbooks and processes. This position is essential for ensuring that all processes within Account Management, IFM, Transactions, Portfolio Strategy, Lease Administration, and Project Management are thoroughly documented, consistently standardized, and effectively aligned with our clients’ strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Process Documentation: Create, curate, and regularly update comprehensive playbooks and process documentation to support diverse operational activities and initiatives.
- Standardization: Ensure all processes are standardized and aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand workflows, and document processes accurately.
- Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members regarding both new and established processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and analyze opportunities for process enhancement and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement impactful changes.
- Enabling Function Support: Provide support for enabling functions, such as HR, sourcing, finance, and technology, as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Communication: Communicate process changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 to 5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience, particularly in program management, playbook development, and process creation.
- Proven experience in process management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SmartSheet, SharePoint, PowerBI, process documentation tools and software.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $58,990.00 - $69,400.00
