- • Delivers packaging photography that supports brand and product messaging while providing an optimal
customer experience that increases brand engagement and drives sales• Plans and manages the execution of concurrent and complex photography projects from conception through
delivery, including providing status updates to project stakeholders• Collaborates with producers to assess and monitor capacity and capabilities of internal and external resources to
ensure viability and feasibility of projects• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external teams (e.g., brand management,
packaging designers, product development merchants, product vendors & content studio staff)• Understands private brands product categories, key competitors, and possesses the ability to provide creative
photography solutions across omni channel media that will resonate with the consumer and facilitate the buying
process• Partners with producers to hire production companies, photographers, film/videographers as well as with
photographers, stylists, and set builders to execute creative vision, directing as needed• Understands, anticipates, and defines project plans for executing within timeline and product sample constraints,
including setting priorities and meeting deadlines• Presents ideas and concepts with strategy and rationale to leadership and key stakeholders and incorporates
feedback when needed• Stays up to date with industry trends, technologies, and techniques to continually improve the quality and
creativity of Lowe's photography• Collaborates with key stakeholders to comprehend product features and category requirements• Supports and develops creative team members (i.e. photo stylist, freelance staff) across all assignments to
ensure quality and brand consistency
Required Qualifications
- • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design or related field• 5 years experience as a creative lead/director, art lead/director or similar role for a large retail environment, consumer packaged goods company or advertising agency that services Fortune 500 companies• Experience in project management • Experience in design, art direction, and conceptual ideation • Experience with photography/video execution• Experience using a MAC platform
