Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to provide portfolio and program change management consulting and strategies for business leaders. This includes leading a team of change experts and coaching business leads to accelerate the realization of strategic initiatives through faster adoption and maximum proficiency regarding the changes that impact employees
What You Will Do
  • Develops and manages change & communication strategies and plans to support the achievement of realization at the portfolio and program.
  • Assesses change capacity risk and creates appropriate risk mitigation strategies at the portfolio and program.
  • Drives prioritization of organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes needed for a successful deployment across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate with program teams and business leaders to execute change strategies to support program objectives.
  • Provides oversight to project impact analyses, change readiness assessments and key stakeholder identification.
  • Leads change experts.
  • Monitors change plans and identifies change execution risks across the portfolio.
  • Resolves or escalates execution risks with proposed mitigations to portfolio or program manager.
  • Influence portfolio sponsors and business leaders to effectively sponsor and guide change management of strategic efforts.
  • Conducts initial change impact assessment of projects, determines of change support, and assigns resources accordingly.
  • Defines and measures adoption success metrics.
  • Collaborates with other members of the Change Management Community of Practice to ensure a consistent approach and execution of the change management methodology, and to find ways to innovate and develop the Change Management practice.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 6 Years Experience supporting the deployment of complex enterprise initiatives (preferably in change management, organizational development, and/or project management)
  • 4 Years Business or client consulting experience with an emphasis on strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and/or organizational readiness
  • 4 Years Experience managing complex enterprise changes that required expert application of both change management principles/methodologies as well as project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases
  • 3 Years Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Certification in an industry standard change management methodology (e.g., Prosci)

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree MBA, Psychology, Organizational Development, or other related area or equivalent experience
  • Experience in project planning and coordination on programs requiring the integration of cross-functional business solutions
  • Experience in retail or supply chain operations
