ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients.
  • Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations to clients as needed
  • Policy Maintenance: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage
  • Claims Support: Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
  • Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C insurance license.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Applied Epic experience preferred
