Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of performance marketing channels (paid search, paid
social, display, affiliate, retargeting). - Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive conversions, revenue, and ROAS goals.
- Partner with the content, creative, and product teams to ensure ad copy, creative, and
landing pages align with audience intent. - Continuously analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CPA, CTR,
ROAS, LTV). - Develop and test new media strategies and A/B experiments to scale acquisition
efficiently. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing across all paid channels.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and competitive activity.
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (ecommerce or marketplace
experience preferred). - Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google
Analytics, Looker, etc.). - Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker,
Tableau, etc.). - Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve ROAS or CPA goals.
- Deep understanding of attribution, funnel optimization, and audience targeting strategies.
- Comfortable working with creative teams to ideate ad assets and messaging.
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, enthusiast media, or niche marketplaces.
