Are you an innovative problem solver with expertise in navigating ambiguity and complexity to develop and deliver strategic business communications?
What You Will Do
You'll be instrumental in communicating to activate our 12,000-person global organization by consulting, planning, creating and implementing communications strategies and plans. Your role is to keep the company informed, help build an understanding of important messages, and provide tools to extend the messages in their departments.
You take initiative and responsibility for creating and executing comprehensive communications programs that deliver and reinforce consistent messaging to employees worldwide through our multiple channels. You are a strategic, critical thinker with a bias toward execution. And you are willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team and get the work done.

Develop and author a variety of communication deliverables, including presentations, announcements, videos, articles, etc to be delivered across a variety of communications channels

Design and implement measurement methods and data-based insights to inform strategy and plans as needed to achieve business results

Engage confidently with leaders at all levels of the organization to advise and counsel on appropriate communication strategies.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

5+ years in internal communications strategy and planning

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
-
Experience developing and driving internal communications strategies to drive change

Ability to interpret internal and external factors to recommend communications strategies to support desired outcomes and goals.

Confidence and comfort in advising leaders and teams on communications strategies and plans
-
Exceptional project and time management skills

Experience in global communications and across multiple audience segments a plus!
