Location: Remote US

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is seeking a Staff Sales Recruiter to join our established and growing team. In this role, you will own and execute our talent acquisition strategy, specifically within the sales organization, as the company and department expand. We’re seeking someone with experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and a demonstrated focus on sales and go-to-market. Experience leading searches across all areas of go-to-market is preferred.

The talent acquisition organization at Huntress is responsible for managing relationships with hiring teams, building and driving recruiting strategies, sourcing, and evaluating candidates - all while maintaining a candidate-centric process and providing a solid partnership for the business. In addition to recruiting, you’ll play a key role in employment branding and culture projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and foster a partnership with hiring managers in the sales organization by assisting in developing and updating job descriptions, providing insights on market and candidate data, researching compensation data, and building interview plans
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods, including industry groups and other talent communities
  • Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, experience, aptitudes, and compensation alignment
  • Manage online job postings and research new resources for posting and sourcing talent
  • Provide analytical and industry insight as needed
  • Strategize and work cross-functionally with the people team, as well as stakeholders in sales, operations, and IT
  • Be comfortable managing competing priorities, including leading and participating in recruiting-related projects
  • Consistently seek to identify ways to improve the talent acquisition process, and the hiring manager and candidate experiences

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter with focused expertise in sales and/or go-to-market
  • Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
  • Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing, comfortable assessing talent from junior to senior levels, as well as applying consistent and unbiased assessment methods throughout the recruitment process
  • Comfortable leading and managing recruiting-related projects as they relate to process and candidate experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a hyper-growth and quickly changing environment
  • Experience recruiting as part of an in-house team
  • Experience with Slack, G Suite, and modern recruiting tools

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
