Make Your Mark:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights. The People Analytics & Systems Manager will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to help leadership drive strategic decisions, improve workforce planning, and enhance overall employee experience. This role will report to the Vice President of Total Rewards & Analytics and will be on a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in one of our offices.
As the People Analytics & Systems Manager, you will partner with People Leadership Team and People Business Partners to help make data-driven business decisions. By making data and insights accessible and digestible through data storytelling, you will enable senior leaders and guide them toward meaningful insights
You'll Get To:

  • Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to support business objectives and improve HR processes.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to HR leaders and business partners.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to conduct workforce planning and forecasting to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet future needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives using data-driven approaches.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices for data management and governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data science.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field.
  • Expert proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management practices. Experience with Workday and iCIMS is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Salary Range:
USD $139,000.00 - USD $173,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
