Opportunity!We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic relationship with GitHub and drive measurable growth through strategic alignment, partner programs, business development, and go-to-market collaboration.
You will serve as the primary relationship owner for GitHub, ensuring strong alignment across compliance, incentives, funding programs, and joint GTM initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner Operations to execute co-sell motions and strengthen Modus Create’s ecosystem presence.
Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software or technology industry
- Proven ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays
- Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams
- Experience tracking KPIs such as pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner events and planning sessions
- Experience working with GitHub partner programs
- Experience managing AWS or Atlassian partnerships
- Experience aligning partnerships across multiple strategic ecosystems
- Experience improving partner processes, reporting visibility, and operational tracking
- Owning and shaping a high-impact strategic partnership
- Driving measurable revenue growth through co-sell and GTM collaboration
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership
- Representing Modus at partner councils, summits, and ecosystem events
- Building strong ecosystem alignment that strengthens Modus Create’s global presence
