POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Partner Success Manager is the operational engine and strategic glue of the Sayari partner program. This role centralizes the day-to-day management of over 60 partners to ensure exceptional service and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building trust-based relationships and driving the efficiency required to scale our partner ecosystem to over $7M in bookings. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations and proactively identify expansion opportunities that fuel Sayari's mission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively monitor and manage receivables to ensure program health and margin protection.
  • Identify and bubble up strategic expansion opportunities within the partner portfolio.
  • Own the deal registration and Statement of Work (SOW) management processes.
  • Coordinate and deliver partner enablement programs to drive adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Direct Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Manage partner agreement renewals and ensure high retention rates across the ecosystem.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on partner usage, performance, and health metrics.
  • Maintain and curate partner content across Slack, Sayari Academy, and Digital Sales Rooms.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships through active listening and thoughtful engagement.
  • Experience in SaaS or data sales with an understanding of complex data licensing.
  • High level of comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments with a bias for action.
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and partner strategy.
  • Demonstrated history of Empowered Ownership and Intentional Adaptability.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and a commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience transitioning accounts or functions from distributed teams into a centralized model.
  • Familiarity with Digital Sales Rooms and partner enablement platforms.
  • Aspirations to grow into a Partner Channel Manager role.

The target base salary for this position is $100,000-$110,000 plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
