The Partner Decision Science team seeks an Implementation Manager to spearhead projects for the Easy Apply platform, including new partner onboarding and concierge support. This strategic role is vital for achieving critical business goals. The Implementation Manager will drive continuous process improvement for enhanced velocity and efficiency, and foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and partner teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Security, Legal, Analytics, and Business Development, to ensure successful business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the leader in helping Credit Card, Personal Loan partners adopt and implement Credit Karma’s Easy Apply technology
  • Create and manage complex projects, leveraging project and program management methodologies to define tasks, specify deliverables, identify and manage dependencies, proactively assess and mitigate risks, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Be the bridge between business development and engineering teams and drive prioritization across partner concierge support
  • Identify improvement opportunities for onboarding processes that involve multiple teams
  • Create a fresh approach to our onboarding and partner concierge support processes
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and communication

What we are looking for:

  • 5-6 years of experience in project/program management working with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams in a technology company.
  • Experience working with external partners or clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate others
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent job experience.

What we would love to see: 

  • You have start up or small company experience, or success working in similar low structure environments.
  • You have worked in consumer finance or have an interest in Credit Cards, Personal Loans.
  • You have a track record of delivering projects involving 3 or more teams and multiple individuals from conception to launch.
  • You are experienced with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile principles and practices.
  • You're comfortable advocating for unique solutions that drive improvements, rather than assuming the status quo.
  • You have the ability to understand your audience and tailor your communication accordingly.

Pay Transparency Notice: Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $171,000, plus equity and benefits.
