Overview of Job Function: 

The Associate Partner Business Manager is responsible for supporting partner engagement, relationship development, pipeline growth, and revenue-generating activities within assigned partner accounts. This role works closely with partner organizations, internal sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive new business opportunities and strengthen partner alignment. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career channel professional looking to develop expertise in partner management, sales strategy, and channel development.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and growth of relationships with assigned Verint partners.

  • Work collaboratively with partners and internal sales teams to identify and advance new business opportunities.

  • Assist in executing partner business plans and tracking progress against agreed-upon goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and help gather data, insights, and action items.

  • Build productive relationships with partner contacts and internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Help coordinate partner enablement activities, including training sessions, webinars, events, marketing campaigns, and networking opportunities.

  • Support demand generation initiatives designed to increase partner engagement and pipeline development.

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for partner inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive partner experience.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information within Salesforce.com and other systems.

  • Monitor opportunity progression and assist in driving alignment between partners and sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

  • Provide regular updates on partner activities, pipeline development, and business results.

  • Travel as needed to support partner meetings, industry events, and team activities.
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, partner management, business development, marketing, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools; Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
