What You'll Do
- Recruit new partners: Identify and engage prospective channel partners across the Americas, using tailored outreach and creative recruitment strategies.
- Build the partner pipeline: Manage inbound interest while proactively prospecting for partners with strong potential to grow with HiBob.
- Develop relationships: Establish credibility with prospective partners, understand their business goals, and clearly communicate how HiBob’s platform and partner program can benefit their clients.
- Test new approaches: Work with the team on campaigns, virtual events, and other initiatives that expand our reach and improve partner recruitment.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Channel Partner Managers to recruit partners who are a strong fit, and work with Technology Partner Managers to explore opportunities through existing integration relationships.
- Support onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams to give new partners a smooth experience from their first conversation through onboarding.
- Keep improving: Track your pipeline and results, refine your outreach, and help shape a growing partner acquisition program.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to prospecting, relationship building, and meeting goals.
- Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for helping build a new program with your teammates and manager.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team.
