This is a remote position.
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on video content across Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create strategic ad plans centered on audience targeting, creative execution, and performance growth.
Collaborate with internal teams through clear and timely communication to align goals and deliverables.
Proactively monitor campaign metrics, make data-driven adjustments, and report insights with actionable recommendations.
Utilize the company’s preferred tools to organize daily work, attend virtual meetings, and execute creative concepts efficiently.
Approach daily tasks with initiative, independence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience running paid ad campaigns with a focus on video formats.
Proficiency using Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and related analytics dashboards.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas, progress, and challenges in a professional manner.
Reliable self-starter attitude with strong organization and follow-through.
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Background in digital advertising, marketing, video marketing, or a similar field.
Experience conceptualizing strategies that combine creativity with technical execution.
Familiarity with video editing workflows—preferably Davinci Resolve—is a plus.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating results and optimizing campaigns.
