This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts across a growing portfolio of youth-focused businesses. They operate in the youth enrichment space and have expanded their programs and market presence significantly in recent years.

This role is not your typical “scale one big account” PPC job. It’s about managing multiple smaller local campaigns at once and building systems that actually scale. Think less chaos, more structure. If someone loves data, systems, and making performance predictable across many accounts, this is their lane.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Local) across multiple brands and locations
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns to support awareness and lead generation efforts
  • Build scalable and repeatable campaign structures that can be applied across different markets
  • Handle multiple local advertising budgets simultaneously, ensuring efficient spend allocation
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop standardized frameworks for keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign setup
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, lead volume, and ROAS
  • Execute A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, keyword strategies, and audience targeting
  • Generate clear, actionable performance reports to guide decision-making
  • Design and document scalable PPC systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and structured processes
  • Use AI tools to support keyword research, ad creation, data analysis, and reporting while applying strong strategic judgment
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with growth objectives

Requirements
  • 5–10+ years of experience in PPC, ideally within a digital marketing agency
  • Proven track record managing multiple ad accounts at the same time
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (primary) and Meta Ads (secondary)
  • Solid understanding of local lead generation strategies
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized budgets across multiple campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Experience with conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis
  • Ability to build and document scalable systems and processes
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of search campaigns, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns without losing quality
  • Comfortable working with structured systems and frameworks
  • Experience in education, sports, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Background in multi-location or local marketing campaigns is highly preferred
