Description

Morin Process Equipment is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our industrial and technical equipment business across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field, understands industrial environments, and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

This is a field-based role that will be covering a territory in South Carolina. You’ll represent a respected brand in pumps, process equipment, and engineered solutions—working directly with decision-makers in manufacturing, utilities, food & beverage, chemical, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong territory with a focus on new business and account growth
  • Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and technical solutions
  • Work closely with internal engineering and service teams to deliver value-driven proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Attend industry events, plant visits, and customer meetings regularly

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Strong existing product lines and manufacturer relationships
  • Autonomy and flexibility in managing your territory
  • Supportive internal team with technical and service expertise
  • Long-term growth opportunity with a respected company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial, mechanical, or technical preferred)
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment, pumps, process systems, or related products
  • Comfortable selling consultatively rather than transactionally
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Valid Driver's License
