The Outreach Director empowers volunteers, guides outreach efforts, integrates outreach into the Online Campus, and enhances event efficiency for Elevation Church.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Work to empower volunteer leaders in local communities, helping to develop the connection between our church and serving events & partnerships.
- Be responsible for guiding outreach events in our global communities.
- Be responsible for training volunteers around the world to host events with our partners.
- Provide on-the-ground outreach event support as needed and where necessary.
- Identify opportunities to regularly integrate outreach opportunities into every aspect of the Online Campus (i.e. Pop Ups, City Centers)
- Work to establish a culture of outreach within our watch party and online community leaders.
- Contribute to the Online Campus Outreach infrastructure, always looking for ways to enhance the efficiency and impact of systems.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Passion for outreach and partnerships
- Aptitude for leading both people and tasks
- High-level networking/relational strengths with an ability to execute
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Familiarity with the Online and Outreach ministries of Elevation Church
- Event and/or Partnership Management
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of administrative experience or equivalent life experience
- Management experience
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
