The Operations Manager is a senior leader for Haldren in United States, working from Los Angeles. The role shapes strategy, develops leaders, and drives performance through well-defined operating rhythms. The position partners closely with cross-functional executives to manage risk and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Improve end-to-end operational performance, including capacity planning and process optimization.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Establish risk management practices and escalate issues early with clear mitigation plans.
Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Background in operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and multi-site performance management.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
