To effectively manage and direct business activities for direct access and non-direct access of business. The go-to person for day to day to questions, challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Improve, identify and implement process for efficiency in placing and tracking business
2. Identified as a "go-to" person for clients to efficiently direct case activity, design, underwriting, sales strategies, etc. for direct access and non-direct access carriers
3. Identify and communicate carrier specialties for greater efficiencies and process development
4. Continual educational development in all aspects of the business to support channel initiatives
5. Instrumental in recommending and suggesting process improvement for identifying issues and developing and recommending solutions for greater efficiency
6. Provide proactive customer service driven to achieve revenue plan
7. Process/complete case management requirements for both light and full service model
8. Work with Marketing to develop campaigns
9. Support service initiatives to Tellus channel
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High School Graduate or equivalent GED
2. Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
3. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
4. Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
5. Effective time management skills
6. Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
8. Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
9. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the business, including case design, underwriting, case management, carriers' niche, advanced sales, licensing and contracting and commissions
10. Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design and/or case management processing
11. Proven track record of excellent customer service
12. Solution-oriented, ability to go above and beyond
13. Results-oriented; ability to work creatively within guidelines
14. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
15. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
