Collaborates with engineering, security, identity, and business stakeholders while maintaining documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.

Leads CRC Group’s enterprise compliance strategy, regulatory programs, compliance operations, risk assessments, monitoring, audits, remediation, policies, training, and agency relationships across insurance business units and jurisdictions. Advises executives and the Board, partners with the General Counsel, develops compliance talent and succession plans, and represents the organization with regulators and industry bodies.
