Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Omnichannel Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will be part of our EDAI (Enterprise, Data, Analytics, and Insights) team, driving tangible business results via direct to consumer initiatives. Your focus will be on platform roadmap, attribution, and driving enterprise capability growth for Ameriprise Wealth Management (Firm & Advisor Delivered).

Responsibilities

Ability to conduct regular analysis of marketing data to identify patterns to improve critical metrics at all stages of the funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion, adoptions.)

Measurement Strategy - define objectives and scope analytics tasks and deliverables for all projects and clients, including the creation and improvement of multi-step eCommerce data layers across three distinct platforms.

Develop the data strategy to support customer journeys that enable optimization of multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media (digital, social, direct, etc.).

Experimentation - Manage the end-to-end testing process for high priority use cases, including hypothesis development, KPI selection, A/B measurement and reporting

Work cross functionally to build and deploy personalization campaigns to support digital platforms, product launches and promotions.

Conduct analyses to measure campaign performance, understand consumer behaviors, create consumer segment strategies and leverage personalization tools to create and maintain campaigns
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics

Strong understanding of digital analytics and marketing analytics using Customer Data Platforms, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer

Ability to synthesize insights and effectively communicate complex concepts into actionable next steps

Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tools; PowerBI, AWS Quicksights, Tableau

Proficiency in at least of the following programming languages; SAS, SQL, R, Python

3+ Experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Financial Services, Banking, FinTech space is an added plus.

Proven experience architecting, implementing, and managing operational change

Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing analytics best practices – understanding key business performance metrics and KPIs

Experience with data & analytics transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)

Business Translation (identifying business problems, initiatives, use cases, data/mar-tech management (e.g., platform/feature development and enhancement), storytelling)

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $82,400 - $142,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
