EXTRAS YOU’LL LOVE:

  • Be part of a growing brand with constant activity—vendors, meetings, and fun office events
  • High visibility role with exposure to leaders and multiple departments
  • Wellness is a priority! All employees receive two complimentary gym memberships—one for you and one to share
  • 401(k) options and Employee Assistance Program (FREE therapy, financial advising, legal support, and more)
  • 30+ hours/week: PTO + Health, Dental, Vision + Paid Parental Leave

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • This is an on-site, in-office role based in our Denver corporate office
  • Consistent front desk coverage during Monday–Friday business hours is essential
  • Occasional flexibility may be needed to support meetings, events, or special projects

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

  • Every guest, candidate, and employee feels welcomed the moment they walk in
  • The front desk is a hub of energy, organization, and professionalism
  • Office operations run smoothly—from supplies and vendors to meeting coordination
  • Events, meetings, and team experiences feel seamless and well-supported
  • You build strong relationships across teams and become a trusted, go-to resource
  • You help create an office environment people enjoy coming into every day

  • Naturally welcoming, outgoing, and confident interacting with all types of people
  • 2+ years of experience in reception, office management, administrative, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills—you know how to stay on top of multiple priorities without missing details
  • Clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A polished, customer-service-oriented approach with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for day-to-day tasks
