Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly? Brock Cabinets is looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

This role is more than answering phones and greeting visitors. You'll be a key part of our daily operations, helping support customers, employees, and leadership while ensuring our office runs efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome customers, visitors, and vendors with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized office environment
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Support scheduling for installations, service appointments, and deliveries
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with customer orders, order confirmations, and related documentation
  • Prepare and distribute emails, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and office supplies
  • Communicate with vendors and support day-to-day office operations
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
