Primary Purpose
Designs, implements, and supports network services across data center, campus, and cloud, improving reliability through automation and observability.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Design network changes and implement configurations safely.
• Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics.
• Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution.
• Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls.
• May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SD-WAN deployments, enterprise wireless (Aruba, Cisco WLC), and network security.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), Zscaler, ClearPass, and Infoblox.
• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) and monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Datadog).
• Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud networking constructs.
• Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing.
• Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet FCP, and Aruba ACSP.

Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
