Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at our Salisbury, NC office and 2 remote days.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer all IT systems and recommend efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations.
- Collaborate with Technical Engineering to run and operate approved hardware and software components for network/communications, servers, and storage.
- Coordinate across domains and maintain compliance to all appropriate regulations.
- Collaborate with IT architecture team to perform risk assessment on projects.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high priority issues crossing technology domains.
- Serve as Level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to IT infrastructure and application services.
- Perform break-fix, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for all incidents and service requested.
- Liaise with vendors and service delivery teams to investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
- Assess system data and error logs, along with user reports, to determine areas for improvement or repair.
- Maintain an awareness of system patches, enhancements, security vulnerabilities, and associated technologies which can be used to protect the infrastructure and associated systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Enterprise report building and delivery
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management processes
- Key Skills: Root Cause Analysis, Awareness of SLAs and KPIs, Identity Administration, Hardware/Middleware Management
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science or Technical field
- Equivalent trainings/certifications/experience equivalency will be considered
- Training, Co-Op, Internship or equivalent direct working experience in relevant job or field of technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in relevant field of study preferred
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply Agile methodologies
- 1 or more years of on-the-job experience in relevant technology role preferred.
- Experience in retail or grocery preferred.
