Requirements:
- 3+ years of ERP implementation experience, NetSuite implementation experience required
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Consumer Products, Technology or Life Sciences
- Accounting or manufacturing/operations background and experience desired
- Experience as a project lead or lead functional consultant identifying, analyzing and managing project risks and impacts
- Experience in business analysis, requirements definition and providing options and recommendations on the best way to implement the requirements to meet overall business goals and processes, tailoring implementation plans and translating design methodology including integrations, interfaces and data flows
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine NetSuite system requirements
- Prepare current and to-be process documentation that presents the strategy, architecture and design of the proposed solution that effectively addresses these requirements
- Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes
- Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
- Establish test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
- Support system go live processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover
- Support the client post go live to troubleshoot issues that arise, and promote additional methods to optimize the system for enhanced performance
- Prioritize project workload to ensure milestones and objectives are attained
- Provide consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, apply best practices and leverage a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements
- Contribute to the knowledge base and skill-set of the NetSuite team by creating case studies and implementation best practices encountered during client engagements
- Provide ongoing training and development to new consultants
- Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
