The Opportunity

We’re looking for a NetSuite Manufacturing Solutions Architect to join our world-class ERP practice. In this role, you’ll lead on solutioning and designing robust, scalable NetSuite ERP implementations for manufacturing and wholesale distribution clients. You’ll serve as the expert advisor on Manufacturing modules, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Demand Planning—guiding clients through complex design decisions while ensuring alignment to business goals.

You’ll be part of a highly collaborative NetSuite team, report to a Delivery Leader, and play a vital role in shaping the future of our ERP engagements.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery and solution design phases for NetSuite Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution implementations
  • Serve as the primary architect for advanced Manufacturing workflows, WMS configurations, and Demand Planning strategies
  • Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite-native solutions, balancing configuration and customization
  • Advise clients on operational best practices and NetSuite Leading Practices
  • Partner with Project Managers and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable, NetSuite-native solutions
  • Collaborate with client executives and stakeholders to advise on best practices and align solutions to strategic business goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members during delivery
  • Participate in presales activities such as solutioning, scoping, and supporting SOW creation as needed
  • Support post-implementation optimization and enhancements when applicable

What We’re Looking For

  • 7-10+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
  • 4+ years specifically leading Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution implementations
  • Strong hands-on expertise in key NetSuite modules, and a deep understanding of their impact across the full ERP lifecycle:
  • Work Orders & Assemblies
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • WIP and routings
  • Warehouse Management (WMS)
  • Demand Planning
  • Procurement
  • Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles, shop floor controls, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and quality control.
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions that consider end-to-end process integration
  • Comfortable in understanding and conceptual design of cloud integrations, APIs, and third-party MES or PLM systems.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite Leading Practices for Manufacturing, and the ability to align them with real-world operational best practices in areas like Lean manufacturing, Shop floor control, Inventory optimization, Production scheduling, Quality control and compliance (ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.)
  • Excellent customer advisory and executive communication skills
  • Ability to design solutions that balance configuration, customization, scalability, and business needs
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (required); ERP Consultant or Advanced Modules certifications (preferred); Lean Six Sigma or supply chain management (plus)
  • Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk is a plus, but this is not a developer role
  • Experience in professional services or consulting is preferred
