How You'll Make an Impact
- Monitoring campaigns for any needed changes by liaising with the National Sales Manager, Operations and our Ampersand partners
- Managing revisions through the Affiliate site with proper communication to Ampersand
- Working closely with Pricing and Inventory to ensure that all inventory is used effectively and priced appropriately
- Analyzing inventory reports to aid in the development of effective proposals

What You'll Bring to Spectrum Reach
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 3+ years' work experience in supporting in an Ad Agency, Media, Sales and/or Ad Sales team
Skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Strong experience with computer software including MS Office, PowerPoint or Canva and Spreadsheets, Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of research databases such as Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer, and comScore
- Experience creating advertising schedules and multi-task with various projects
- Ability to decipher between client needs
- Proven ability to adapt to change quickly, as well as be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and other cross functional support departments.
- Ability to pull and analyze schedules, orders, and advanced campaign metrics reporting utilizing internal and external tools. (e.g. Google Analytics, Freewheel, and proprietary tools) is preferred.
