How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Mastering Multi-Entity Precision: Own full-cycle bookkeeping, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance across 7 distinct operating entities—ensuring zero intercompany mix-ups and perfectly categorized class tracking in QuickBooks Online.

  • Flawless Payroll Execution: Seamlessly process complex payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now, administer garnishments and health insurance deduction audits, and accurately map journal entries down to individual care houses and locations.

  • Streamlining Financial Operations: Drive monthly accounts receivable, rent, and resident statements while auditing Medicaid billing records and tracking care house labor hours to optimize budgets.

  • Audit & CPA Readiness: Execute month-end closes, track accruals, and compile clean audit packages, giving external CPAs friction-free access to deliver seamless year-end tax preparations and Adjusted Journal Entries.



RequirementsIs This You?
  • An Experienced Financial Administrator: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance, paired with 4+ years of hands-on, progressive bookkeeping experience managing multi-company portfolios.

  • An ADP & QBO Maestro: You have advanced, proven mastery of QuickBooks Online (especially class/location tracking) and deep hands-on expertise navigating ADP Workforce Now for payroll and GL integration.

  • A Details-Obsessed Investigator: You treat every dollar and decimal point with extreme care, catching deduction discrepancies, auditing Medicaid billing, and navigating complex Excel spreadsheets with ease using Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.

  • Tech-Savvy: You adapt effortlessly to cloud-based accounting systems, multi-company ERP environments, digital document vaults, and secure corporate VPN networks.
