We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support revenue growth and optimize sales processes for our Monogram Sales Managers (MSMs). This role is instrumental in driving lead generation, streamlining sales operations, and developing impactful sales tools and event strategies. How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Opportunity Development

  • Opportunity Identification: Use lead generation platforms and industry tools to identify and qualify new project opportunities to increase quoting activity and close rates.

  • Project Quoting: Partner with MSMs to prepare and manage project quotes, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and timelines.

Sales Operations & Process Support

  • Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across sales systems to ensure visibility and reliability of key data.

  • Dealer Onboarding: Lead and streamline the onboarding process for new dealers, supporting a smooth and professional integration experience.

  • Forecasting & Availability: Analyze sales data and trends to support performance forecasting; assist the Monogram Sales Leader with ADC inventory visibility and project prioritization.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Produce regular reporting on sales performance, customer engagement, and operational KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Pricing Management: Coordinate with pricing teams to manage display pricing, elevated builder pricing, personal use cases, and special project requests.

  • Customer Experience Support: Deliver “white glove” service and support for resolving high-priority consumer and sales team service issues.

Sales Enablement & Event Strategy

  • Sales Tools & Materials: Develop compelling builder catalogs, sales collateral, and other tools to support lead conversion and brand positioning.

  • Event Playbooks: Create and maintain playbooks for dealer, builder, and designer events to ensure consistent, effective execution.

  • MDC/MEC Engagements: Coordinate major customer and executive engagements at Monogram Design Centers (MDCs) and Monogram Experience Centers (MECs).

  • Internal Communications: Own the development and execution of internal Monogram communications such as newsletters and business update calls.

  • Display Coordination: Oversee new display installations and return visits to ensure quality execution and alignment with brand standards.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or related business roles.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Demonstrated analytical ability and experience translating data into actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail with a record of delivering high-quality, accurate work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Familiarity with GE Appliances systems and tools.

  • Experience in luxury goods or appliance sales.

  • Event planning or field marketing experience.
