  • Guide the Connections Team in celebrating first-time guests and faith milestones within 72 hours through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Host and support leader development opportunities (e.g., Spiritual Foundations) and collaborate with Regional Directors for effective follow-up on hot leads.
  • Streamline onboarding and connection workflows using tools (project management & database systems); manage a thoughtful offboarding process.
  • Provide leadership, care, and encouragement to volunteers across both teams, fostering strong community and spiritual growth.
  • Partner with online staff and the Guest Experience Data Director to align strategies and track engagement metrics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for helping people feel seen, valued, and supported.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient processes.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting

DAY-TO-DAY

  • We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
  • Travel to your region is required 1-2 times a month to support local leadership development/growth and worship experiences through Watch Parties, City Centers, and Pop Ups.
  • There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
  • Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
  • You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people.  Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
  • We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
  • Bring your full self to every project, conversation, and initiative at hand.
