At Hart & Hickman (H&H), we’re looking for an experienced environmental consultant who’s technically strong, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of projects. If you’re eager to grow into a leadership role within a collaborative, quality-driven firm, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex site assessment and remediation projects from start to finish

  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to move projects forward

  • Mentor junior staff and support team development

  • Develop technical strategies, budgets, and high-quality deliverables

What We’re Looking For
  • 5 to 10 years of environmental consulting experience

  • Strong background in environmental site assessment and remediation, including:

    • Phase I/II ESAs

    • Vapor intrusion assessment

    • NC Brownfields and voluntary cleanup programs

  • Experience working with state programs in North and South Carolina

  • Proven project management skills—technical, financial, and team-related

  • A proactive, self-directed approach with a collaborative mindset
