The Opportunity
As a Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management Sr Associate you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, and contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, develop technical skills, and use critical thinking to manage assigned workstreams while mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional and technical standards.

- Managing identity and access management workstreams for Microsoft Entra ID implementations and enhancements
- Designing role based access control models, user access rights processes, and authorization frameworks for client environments
- Configuring and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory components to support secure access administration
- Analyzing access control requirements and translating business needs into identity governance and access management solutions
- Reviewing privileged access workflows, access reviews, and identity federation settings to support secure system use
- Documenting technical requirements, system configurations, and implementation decisions for project teams and client stakeholders
- Interpreting data from identity platforms to identify access risks, support issue resolution, and inform recommendations
- Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, quality review activities, and delivery timelines

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
