About the Opportunity: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Sagent. Our innovative products empower clients in the mortgage industry to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to support and empower our Loss Mitigation product teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mortgage servicing processes, experience with ADO (Azure DevOps), and expertise in crafting user features and stories. Moreover, proficiency in Tempo is a crucial requirement for this role.


Your day-to-day at Sagent:

Product Strategy and Development: 

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with the Default Product vision & overall objectives. 
  • Drive innovation in loss mitigation servicing technology, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry. 

Product and Team Management: 

  • Lead and inspire a team of Product & Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. 
  • Oversee the Loss Mitigation products, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including, engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products. 
  • Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) to manage and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables in the context of loss mitigation strategies. 

Market Analysis and Customer Insights: 

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development. 

Regulatory Compliance: 

  • Stay informed about regulatory changes in the mortgage industry and ensure that our products comply with all relevant standards and requirements. 


We would love to hear from you if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, and/or related field and 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Product Management position, within a SaaS or financial technology company. 
  • preferred have experience management experience, and managing a team 
  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, including any area, such as Support. 
  • Previous experience managing software product or educational equivalent. (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group, others.) 
  • Invoice Management experience preferable.
  • 3+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management. 
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. 
  • Experience with integrating new products with current systems.
  • Strong ability and experience with product demonstrations for outside sales.
  • Experience developing Go To Market Strategies and work with marketing to create marketing materials for new products.
  • Experience creating business cases, leading development teams and coordinating road maps for future development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products to completion. 
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decision-making and product improvements. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
