The Media Strategist will analyze social media and email performance data, provide insights, develop strategies for promoting messages, and create KPI dashboards.
As a Media Strategist, you’ll help to advance the gospel through tracking and analyzing data, providing insights and performance reports, and making recommendations to assist in the strategic direction of our social media, email, and advertising areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze social media content and account performance data, email open and conversion rates, and advertising effectiveness tracking
- Analyze user behavior while sharing your findings with the team to develop the best strategies for promoting the most important message
- Research and pitch strategies to effectively gather and display data for the different departments we support through marketing
- Develop KPI dashboards outlining cross-channel insights and forecasting trends across our social platforms
MUST-HAVES
- Experience with data analytics and logistics or equivalent
- Experience with social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites (Excel, Google Drives, etc)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Detail-oriented, and organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong comfort level responding to a fluctuating workload
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, writing, communication, or public relations
- Experience with content strategies
