The Enterprise Marketplace Feed Manager is responsible for the overall project and technical management of Feedonomics’s Enterprise-Level Marketplace clients. This includes project management for onboarding implementations and post-onboarding account health and continuous growth. This position is within the Marketplace Operations department.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the implementation of product listings and order integration setup to e-commerce channel expansions for our clients by reviewing client data and technical requirements

  • Support 10 + Enterprise Marketplace clients 

  • Establish project scope by identifying and prioritizing client requests and utilize Feedonomics platform to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Utilize the Feedonomics platform to import and map attributes from a variety of files, including CSV, XML, custom scripts, and API-based platform integrations

  • Schedule exports to automate product listings to various marketplaces

  • Set up order management automation between Feedonomics and the client’s order management system

  • Communicate effectively with clients and other internal teams, ensuring accurate expectations are met and timely responses

  • Facilitate monthly virtual client meetings and manage multi-client communication

  • Oversee communication and work done for accounts under your management and delegate work to appropriate teams

  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of any client escalations and provide weekly updates on the status of accounts, special projects, and other ad hoc assignments

  • Adhere to Feedonomics procedures and best practices through managing internal documentation, updating account notes and following process documents

  • Participate in strategic business reviews alongside Sales and Customer Success teams

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years experience with marketplace account management, focus on managing product feeds and data

  • Hands-on experience with top US marketplaces data such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, or eBay

  • Strong passion and drive to succeed

  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science required or equivalent work experience

(Pay Transparency Range: $54,000-$91,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
