We are seeking an Enterprise Feed Manager to oversee the technical and strategic management of 15-20 enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing technical account support, and continuous growth. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding implementations, ongoing data feed management support, and providing strategic channel recommendations to maximize eCommerce success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data feed management, digital marketing experience, and eCommerce platforms, coupled with project management and client relationship management expertise. They will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to oversee onboarding workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver on our value proposition.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

  • Facilitate monthly virtual client meetings on a monthly basis.

  • Cross-collaborate with Sales on strategic business reviews 

  • Set and manage client expectations while proactively addressing potential issues.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Oversee multi-client communications and delegate tasks to appropriate support teams.

  • Track and document client technical data feed requirements and account details.

  • Provide regular reports on account status, special projects, and key deliverables.

  • Keep leadership informed of client escalations and major account developments.

  • Configure and map attributes from delimited files, XML files, custom scripts, and API integrations.

  • Assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and optimize product feeds for various eCommerce channels.

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Feedonomics platform integrations to ensure seamless data imports.

  • Work with Product and Development teams to report platform enhancements and address technical challenges.

  • Follow and enforce best practices for product feed optimization, filtering, and export setup.

  • Ensure accuracy in feeds by conducting quality reviews before submission.

  • Manage and prioritize tasks, including support queues, emails, and client requests.

  • Maintain and document account processes, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.

  • Collaborate with eCommerce partners and affiliate networks to clarify feed requirements.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience with feed account management 

  • 3 + years digital marketing/e-commerce performance

  • 3 + years project management experience

  • 3 + years experience in a client-facing support role

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

(Pay Transparency Range: $54,000-$80,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
