McGuireWoods has the need for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in our Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC offices. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for primarily responsible for formatting and distributing firm insights, legal alerts, announcements, and podcast publications, as well as maintaining related website content. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of email marketing and web content management, or a comparable technical and administrative background, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the production and distribution of e-communications requests, including evites, announcements, and news alerts using the firm's email marketing platform.
  • Assists with coordinating, managing, and updating data within the firm's CRM system to support email marketing and mailing list maintenance.
  • Works with the firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information and digital assets on external sites and platforms are accurate and current.
Qualifications
  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. BA or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and WordPress a plus.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Interest in using innovative AI technology, including Harvey and Copilot, to support efficient high-impact work.
