Manages the operational execution of a law firm's Practice Group Program, coordinating go-to-market planning, SMART goals, RFPs, pitches, CRM/ERM governance, reporting, web content, campaigns, and internal communications. The role maintains program infrastructure, tracks KPIs and market-facing activities, supports practice group integration, improves workflows, and mentors junior business development staff while partnering with attorneys, marketing, communications, analytics, and MarTech teams.

Leads firmwide onboarding and integration of lateral partners, developing individualized integration plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting client and matter transitions, and building trusted relationships with new partners. Tracks engagement, revenue, retention, and integration metrics while identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Develops playbooks, dashboards, and processes to accelerate partner productivity, strengthen internal relationships, and support long-term firm growth.

Leads lateral non-partner attorney recruiting searches from approval through onboarding. Responsibilities include direct candidate sourcing, pipeline management, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding support, search firm relationship management, and collaboration with recruiting managers and attorneys. The role also supports recruiting strategy, guides recruiting assistants, manages multiple priorities, maintains confidentiality, and uses recruiting technologies including AI tools.

Supports business development initiatives for private equity and related legal practices. Coordinates pitches, proposals, RFPs, rankings submissions, thought leadership, conferences, events, CRM updates, market research, relationship tracking, and reporting. Partners with attorneys, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop client-facing materials, identify opportunities, manage deadlines, and execute strategic initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, research, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, building and implementing AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, and supporting attorney adoption. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to diagnose technical issues, manage pilots, document use cases, deliver training and content, assess risks, and provide recommendations aligned with the firm’s AI strategy.

Provides transactional legal support for private equity and corporate matters, including entity formations, governance documents, mergers, reorganizations, financing transactions, UCC filings, due diligence, closing processes, and post-closing tasks. Researches statutes and public records, prepares corporate and transaction documents, coordinates filings, and collaborates with practice groups. Familiarity with Regulation D filings through EDGAR is a plus.

Coordinates firm-wide email communications, announcements, news alerts, evites, and podcast publications. Maintains website content, CRM data, mailing lists, and digital assets across external platforms. Collaborates with business development and content administrators to ensure information remains accurate and current. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and familiarity with email marketing, CRM, and WordPress platforms.

Supports AI integration and workflow improvement within a law firm's Business Resource Center. Implements and optimizes tools such as Harvey and Jigsaw, assists staff with AI-enabled processes, and performs complex legal document creation, formatting, proofreading, conversion, OCR, comparison, Bates numbering, and quality control. Manages documents across legal technology platforms, troubleshoots software and workflow issues, processes information, and provides transcription, translation, presentation, and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
